What does a roof coating cost?

How long will a coating last?
Our polyurea options carry 25, 50 & 100-year warranties in writing. Acrylic lasts about 5 years; silicone may go longer.
Does my business close during the work?
No. Spray-applied coating doesn't tear anything off. Doors stay open.
Will a coating fix my leaking roof?
We moisture-test first. If the deck is sound, a seamless coating seals it. If insulation is saturated, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar.
Is there a rebate?
If your building is in SRP territory, cool-roof rebates may apply. We check your address and handle paperwork.
